|“Thanks so much to Captain Dave for a great day yesterday!
We completely enjoyed our day on the ocean.
A little snorkeling, a little whale and dolphin sightings and of course the Fishing. Ahh, the fishing . . .
We were happy on our family adventure with or without the fish. Coming away with 55 lbs of Wahoo (Ono) was a bonus!
Great company, great times!
Mahalo, Larry and Family”
Wahoo, called Ono in Hawaii, are one of the best eating fish in the ocean. They generally begin showing up in late March and they run through July. Today, they finally showed up as our first strike was a triple strike and landed one. A few hours later, Larry landed another nice 30 lb Ono just before we stopped at Captain Cooks for a quick snorkel for Larry, his wife and two daughters.
Lands a Mahi Mahi while fishing on HighNoon in Kona, Hawaii
John and Debbie chartered HighNoon looking for something for the BBQ. A nice Mahi Mahi was landed and I’m sure that John and Debbie had a great dinner last night.
